These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of individuals in the 'Get Social' referral program ("Program") offered by Sosco Social, LLC, a Florida entity, doing business as ("dba") 98 Buck Social.  By referring any client, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. **Eligibility**:

The Program is open only to business retail clients. Agencies and resellers are expressly excluded from participating. Participants are not required to be current or previous clients of 98 Buck Social to take advantage of the Program.

3. **Referral Reward**:

a. Participants who successfully refer a client, through the Get Social website, to 98 Buck Social will receive a $50 Amazon gift card ("Initial Reward") within 14 days of the referred client's successful signup.

b. If the referred client remains active for 90 consecutive days, the referring participant will receive an additional $50 Amazon gift card ("Loyalty Reward") within 14 days.

4. **Referral Limits**:

There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make under the Program.

5. **No Refunds**:

The Initial Reward and Loyalty Reward are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.

6. **Modifications**:

98 Buck Social reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, and/or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and participants agree to be bound by such modifications, changes, or terminations.

7. **General Provisions**:

a. The Amazon gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by Amazon.

b. Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from the receipt of any rewards.

c. 98 Buck Social reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and referred clients.

d. Any abuse of the Program or failure to comply with these Terms may result in the forfeiture of referral rewards.

8. **Limitation of Liability**:

Under no circumstances will 98 Buck Social or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.

9. **Governing Law**:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By participating in the Program, participants agree to abide by these Terms and all decisions made by 98 Buck Social.
